XBRL Filings

XBRL, eXtensible Business Reporting Language, is a language for the electronic communication of business and financial data.  Each XBRL file contains certain information from the Fund Summary section of the prospectus and any prospectus supplements to this information for the applicable fund.

You will need an XBRL viewer tool to view the XBRL file. To view the XBRL file:
  1. Right-click on the XBRL file below and select "save target as."
  2. Select the location on your computer you wish to save the file to and click "save."
  3. Once you have downloaded the file, click on the link to access the SEC’s viewer for XBRL files.

  4. Follow the directions to submit your XBRL Data, including entering the CIK number for the First American Money Market Funds, which is 0000356134.
